Born and raised in Sydney, I am the daughter of Spanish–Filipino immigrants and live and work on Bidjigal, Birrabirragal and Gadigal land.
Over the past two decades, I’ve built a multi-faceted career grounded in service, creativity and strategic execution. I’ve worn many hats — often simultaneously — and I thrive in the space where vision meets implementation.
Highly organised, deeply connected and solutions-oriented, I provide bespoke support tailored to the unique needs of each client. My work spans design, project management, styling and event production; strategy and operations; recruitment and people leadership; branding and marketing; as well as acting, directing and producing.
Alongside this, I bring nearly 20 years’ experience in community services, employment and career training, advocacy, mental health education, and the design and delivery of programs across corporate, education, community and public sectors. Cultural competency training and mentoring — particularly in support of better outcomes for First Nations communities — has also been a significant part of my professional journey.
At its core, my work has always centred on people.
From serving as COO of a boutique consulting firm, to facilitating preventative mental health programs, to working as Executive Assistant to a high-profile actor & his family during their time in Sydney — each chapter has strengthened my ability to operate with discretion, agility and impact.
Founding Miss Chrissy felt like a natural evolution: a way to bring together my strategic mind, creative instincts and service-driven ethos to offer an integrated suite of support for individuals, founders and organisations seeking thoughtful, high-level collaboration.
I recently was contracted in Operations with Positive Feedback, a PR and Creative Partnerships agency servicing the music industry, and am currently contracted with Vanessa Megan, a leader in certified organic skincare and fragrance.
I also continue my work with Binowee at Two Worlds, developing and delivering Cultural Safety, Mental Health & Wellbeing, and Leadership workshops for NSW Police, supporting First Nations team members across the organisation.
