Born and raised in Sydney, I am the daughter of Spanish–Filipino immigrants and live and work on Bidjigal, Birrabirragal and Gadigal land.
Over the past two decades, I’ve built a diverse career across corporate, government, community and creative sectors. That breadth of experience has shaped how I work today — combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and moving comfortably between big-picture ideas and the practical work required to make them happen.
Highly organised, well-connected and solutions-focused, I’m at my best when there are multiple moving parts, people to bring together, problems to solve and things that simply need to get done. I bring both structure and creativity to my work, tailoring my approach to the people, organisation and project in front of me.
My experience has taken me from COO of a boutique consultancy managing a portfolio of diverse SMEs, to designing and delivering employment, mentoring, Cultural Safety and preventative mental health programs; producing creative projects and events; supporting founders and senior leaders; and working as Executive Assistant to a high-profile actor and his family during their time in Sydney.
At the heart of all of it is people. I build strong relationships, understand how to navigate different environments and personalities, and genuinely enjoy helping people and organisations do what they do — better.
I’m at my best when there are multiple moving parts, people to bring together, problems to solve and things that simply need to get done. I bring a combination of strategic thinking, creativity and practical know-how to my work, with an ability to quickly understand what’s needed, create structure where it’s lacking and turn ideas into action.
Miss Chrissy brings that experience together. I work with founders, businesses, creative organisations and purpose-led teams who need experienced, flexible support — whether that’s shaping a strategy, managing a project, bringing the right people together, or simply making sure the work gets done.
